The discount amounts to 10 euros per month and applies exclusively to the fixed internet subscription. This discount only covers the fixed internet subscription linked to the main residence address of the household that receives the cost-of-living allowance.

You can apply for the discount with your operator as soon as you have received the voucher. You can redeem the discount starting from the month in which the activation was made, the earliest possible start date being January 2024.

The discount of 10 euros per month is applicable until December 2024 and may be redeemed at any time during the year.

The letter containing the Connectivity Voucher is delivered by the National Solidarity Fund, which is the entity responsible for the allocation of the cost-of-living allowance.
